John,
who is that donor ? I want to meet him LOL .. back to serious.
Nim, an alternative might also be LAPIS as it covers worldwide but is not that "high-edge" as MinRec and usually has a good cover of european localities and finds. I just got the complete series from 1976/77 to 2010 in slipcase for 300 Euro. You might have a look at the primary auction sites (;-)) to get single issues for bit of money after checking interesting issues at their inventory:

I would prefer MinRec as it has more for me (and so you will enjoy it for a year) but a friend 100 m away has a subscription so i do not need to,
cheers
Roger
P.S. and Nim, if you may have any questions about german/central european specimens, i would be glad to be of any help if i can. |

Lapis magazine know, I have seen some examples, the problem is that I know absolutely nothing about the German language (written in Japanese magazine would be just as difficult) so I have ruled out for now.
I'm slowly reading and translating the English, but I understand, so I have only the Extralapis in English (I bought 2 to 3 extralapis each year and only got two n_n)
Thank you again for subscriptions, I assure you will be well received and well used.
And of course I will continue writing here (I would have done anyway), I have much to learn. Spanish forums are starting to be a bit repetitive (almost always the same minerals, the same fields ...) here opens a new world to me! It is very interesting.
Mr. White, would you be my teacher (or master) also from now? I promise to be disciplined and hardworking n_n _________________ so hammering as well, so .. so hammered that I saw ..... |
