| I'm quite surprised at how dull the Tourmalines look without any colour enhancement as in the old photo above. Still absolutely stunning all the same.

| The mine produced several colors naturally. The most famous were the hot pink with blue caps. These are mostly blue and pale blue from another pocket zone.

Craig, it was a far away photo of a slide projected on the screen if you mean the bluecaps? And the others are only as good as the photographer is, which means fair but not great. I really am not great with all the bells and whistles on my camera, but the tourmalines in the case where Ed is looking are amazingly beautiful and not bluecaps of course. I am not sure what colour enhancement you mean but usually the blue cap tourmalines are best shown with light aimed behind, or below them.
