Hello mineral lovers, i hope you can help me with identifying this specimen!

I found this stone/mineral on the beach. At first glance it appeared to be a regular rock, but I found that it had some bluish shine, which became more clear when I polished it a little.
The blue colors change with the angle I look at them. Could this be an opal? or is it just something else?

It is not too hard to polish just using sandpaper.

I hope you can help me, and thank you if you try.

Best,
Andreas

Doesn't look at all like opal really. It's probably feldspar with blue shimmer (aka Moonstone).

Thank you kushmeja! I did not know that one, it would make a lot more sense :) I have just never seen these! Hopefully I will learn as long that I live !
