I must confess I have never heard of that locality before, but I really like that specimen, what a great colour. The famous Wolf Mine in Germany produced some similiar ones ... really nice!

Thanks Tobi! It is a lesser known locality for rhodochrosite in the US. But it has produced some nice specimens.

Well, actually ALL of your specimens are high quality and your photos are splendid. But I really have to mention how much I enjoy your last posts: The Cruzeiro elbaite and the great fluorite specimen from Pakistan are so extremely beautiful, and you captured their beauty perfectly, I could watch these photos for hours!

Specimens (and photos!) like that are the reason why I love minerals. Congratulations on these great specimens & thanks for your awesome photos :-)

Regards
Tobi
