It seems that in Europe we are de-scaling and returning to our routines pre-Covid (with the danger that in October the mountain will be higher with a new stage of the pandemia)
So let's say goodbye to the Nature that has reminded us that it exists as soon as we have stayed at home and we have not disturbed her.
For that farewell I use this video from a month ago of dolphins in the port of Ataköy in Turkey swimming among yachts thanks to the stop of maritime traffic through the Bosphorus Strait.

In this confinement, it seems that you have time for everything, apart from updating my collection, I have dedicated myself to taking photographs of the roses that I have in the garden, I have been seeing every day how the same rose was evolving ... Photographs are from the end of April ...

With the peace and silence of the confinement the hoopoes have appeared in Barcelona. They have a kind of African beauty and, like me, they like the absence of noise.

Love the hoopoes, Jordi! It is also one of our favorite birds and enjoyed their presence in Spain while we were birding there. We miss the wine and tapas and the people who were very nice to us everywhere we went. We will be back.

One of the things that keeps us busy while having to remain at home is our music. Some of you might remember Joan and I playing on the lawn in front of our sales room at the Inn Suites during the Tucson show. Jordi's room was nearby, so I am sure that we tormented him on a regular basis. With all of our local performances now cancelled, we will play from our front porch when the weather is good, and have started a series of videos we call "The Living Room Sessions", which we post to the internet on Facebook and YouTube. Here is an example, a waltz called A Bruxa composed by Anton Seoane of the well-known Galician band Milladoiro.
