This stone looks like it two types of minerals that make up one stone. It almost looks as if part of this stone has morphed, how common is this? I'm not sure as to what to label this stone as. Any ideals as to what mineral this might be?
That second stone appears to be the same mineral as the bottom of the first stone but without the rock parts. The hardness is 7.0 and the SG is 3.229.

Looks like a granite with an epidote-filled vein.

I looked at a lot of green mineral searching for a match and never came across epidote. Looks like a good match so I do think you may be right, cool, thanks.
