Thanks Volkmar - it's easy to pass over Indian zeolite specimens with seemingly millions of them on the market, but certain ones stand out at least to me. And thanks for the compliment on the photograph ;>)

Description: |
Drusy quartz pseudomorphing crystals of danburite with a preferential coating of tan siderite. The label that accompanied the specimen indicated it was from the 2nd Sovietskiy Mine, but I am more inclined to believe it is from the Dalnegorsk B deposit. |

Thank you Silvia. Dalnegorsk has been a been a focus of mine for quite some time and our collection contains 59 specimens from the mines there. I was very happy to find this piece at a recent show and add it to the collection.
