Hello everyone,
I'm a newbie. I would like to ask for help in identifying the material the necklace is made from.
It is polished and transparent on one side, with a lot of irregular pink and grey inclusions inside. The other side which is not transparent is brown to dark reddish.
I will appreciate your help from whole my heart.
Best regards
J

The whitish material could be microcline.
The black material could be aegirine and the cherry-colored one is very likely eudialyte.
A well-known location for eudialyte is the Khibiny alkaline pluton (Kola peninsula, Russia) which consists of a variety of nepheline syenites.
This cabochon is very likely from that locality.

It seems to me it was made from a brazilian included quartz.

I agree with Firmo: Quartz with inclusions, from Brazil.
