...our Saturday started off relaxed as we had an easy going breakfast at the Westward Look resort where we stayed. This resort is really quite nice and very relaxing.

Collector's Edge Main Show display and booth. I find their extra care in setting up a comfortable and elegant display very inviting. Good marketing yet very approachable booth.

...Another Crystal Hunters case, this one Smoky Quartz and Amazonite. Our friend, and neighbor, went and did some fun digging with her daughter for this adventure. I love seeing what fun these children have!
Thanks to Bryan Lees, Joe and Sue Dorris and Tim Dorris for helping to make these adventures happen! And Bryan Swoboda of course, with Blue Cap Productions.

Hi All

It is definitely from Jacksons Crosroads, Georgia ( https://www.mineral-forum.com/message-board/files/dsc_0042_642.jpg ) It is one of the finest that I have ever seen. I went to the case four times to see this amethyst before I noticed the tanzanite crystal right next to it.

Gail, just awesome !! I have been scrolling through a couple of pages all day. You covered a lot of ground. My favourites (other than all the minerals of course) were the desert shots you have from your hike with Jamie and Alyssa.
Just wonderful !

Katherine, that desert trip was a life saver for me, I needed to disengage from the madness of Tucson for a while and get back to the sanity of the great outdoors. I am an outdoors person, hate being tied to the inside for long, so the winters in Dallas suit me fine as they ar relatively short.
Jamie and Allysa were great fun, we really had a nice "Women's day out".
Thanks for your comments! Cheers

Amen Gail ! Your eyes need a rest from all the stimulation ! Terri Ottaway (GIA) and myself went for a hot stone massage at Westward Look Friday morning.
The slow shuffle of the show wears on you.. it was time for a tune up.
I couldn't decide which one of your cases i liked the best.. for me, the best gem case at the show was GIA
