Hello everyone. I am pleased to become a member of this forum. Some of you may know me from mindat. My collecting interests are primarily New Jersey minerals, fluorescents and zeolites. I spend as much of my spare time as possible in field collecting. I also collect and make micromount specimens. I trade minerals with several other collectors in the US and overseas, as well as a small amount of mineral dealing at the local shows. My wife, Heather, enjoys mineral collecting as well and she makes jewelry. I'm looking forward to being an active contributor to this site. Thanks! Gary

Welcome, my wife's family is from Lakewood and I lived in the southern pine barrens from 1949 to 1952. End of my involvement with New Jersey.

Welcome, Gary. We hope to see some field-collected NJ things in the future! I lived in North Jersey for 25 years, but only collected minerals for 1 year before I left the state, in 1965. I have been back many times though since then.
