Munich arrives at the end of October and so I'm opening the thread of that great Show taking advantage of the very creative article about Munich 2016 that Roger Warin wrote for the Bulletin of the AGAB and that has been kind enough to translate to English for us. Don't miss it!
And speaking of the AGAB, if you becomes member of that association and pay 15 Euros per year you will receive every year 10!!! mini bulletins with excellent articles like this one mostly written by Roger Warin.

Munich 10/24/2017
Only few people on Tuesday this year due to the severe restrictions imposed by the organization to allow only a limited number of dealers to enter early. It was someone at the Halls A6 but almost no one at the Halls A5 and A4.

Munich 10/25/2017
Attention to all visitors: the distribution this year is different. The minerals are distributed in three pavilions A6, A5 and A4. Hall A6 maintains a structure very similar to last year and is the pavilion where are the best pieces, the best stands and the main exhibition "From Mine tú Mine", but Hall 5 has changed a lot since the dealers from Morocco they are not anymore in that pavilion but they are grouped in another pavilion, the A4 that has split in two with a removable wall and in the first half of the pavilion are all the Moroccans dealers while the other half is empty, unocupied.
So this year there are more exhibitors in general who occupy a larger space and the Moroccan dealers occupy the first half of a new pavilion, the A4.

Great to see how the show is built up, I hope many pictures will follow! I also recommend the live report from Mindat: https://www.mindat.org/a/munich2017

Outstanding specimens! I like the first two the most, that marvellous rhodo from South Africa and the perfect galena/barite combo from Saxony. Too good to be true ...
