I see it all over ebay, I even bought a crystal, but I can't seem to find it listed online on any websites other than crystal healing sites. I am beginning to think this isn't a real stone which I find odd if it isn't because the seller I buy stones from always sells real stuff.

I have never heard the term "honey calcite" before, but there is plenty of honey-colored calcite around. If you are concerned, do an acid test to see if it is calcite.

Its marketing to get people to buy something otherwise undesirable, its nothing new or rare or special. Just like Champagne diamonds are a marketing term to massively overprice brown diamonds, which nobody wants to buy their girlfriends, but Champagne obviously is more luxurious a term. ebay is full of such non-recognised naming practices to sell garbage. Happy buying.
