These blurry photos are not going to help anyone ID your sample. Please read https://www.mineral-forum.com/message-board/viewtopic.php?t=1936
and do some tests to help us help you. In particular, you should test for hardness and also do an acid test to see if it is a carbonate.

I honestly appreciate anyone who takes the time to help me Okay so I started out with vinegar then added salt and baking soda it didn't do much till I heated that up it removes some of the crust like minute amount amount where crystal is already showing made it lighter though and anyways so I then could only find muratic acid which well is lol its MURATIC ACID not what I wanted to go for but you wanted answers as do I put some onto the stone and yep it began to eat some of the crust not as fast as I thought it would I mean it will eat concrete but was only nibbling this stone and I couldn't take the smell anymore I neutralized the acid then washed the stone of its got alot of crystal now popping out but the acid my friend did nada to those not evening any etching which I was thinking yep bye bye rock but nope by the way I thought it was quarts when first found it but upon trying to Crack the edge corner off where it grew together I guess no pick no hammer not even a cement drill bit it got mangled FYI I came home to find 17 yr old son and his friend doing that but it got through crust then little further before literally made that bit misshapen and worn down and this is not a small rock it has a crust around it like it was very hot at some point here are some more microscope images these are microscope images and i see triangles and inclusions

Those photos do not help. Please do hardness tests following the link Matt gave. At the moment all I can say is that it is an out-of-focus something
