It looks to me like Smithsonite. It is heavy or light? do you know from what mine the specimen came?

It is very hard to identify minerals just by its photo, so it could be Aragonite as well as many other mineral species. That's why I requested if the specimen is heavy (more heavy than usual).
Aragonite and Calcite are no so heavy, and Smithsonite yes, so it would be a good help to know if the specimen is more heavy than usual or not.

For the mineral combo
For colours, indeed it is hubeite and inesite.
Inesite is sure
Hubeite, an analysis would be good, but for association, it looks to me as hubeite.
For what is the botroidal mineral
To distinguish among calcite/aragonite and smithsonite.
Take a small piece, Dissolve in chlorhidric acid. Add sodium sulfate and some drops alcohol. A precipitate (even without alcohol) means calcite/aragonite.
If it is calcite/aragonite, I think to remember the Meigen reaction: boil with cobalt nitrate.
If coloured blue, aragonite. If unaltered, calcite.
Disclaimer: when using chemiical reactives, always use glasses, gloves and adequated protection. Work in well ventiled places. Be careful.
Best wishes
Lluís
