Hi Geo2 and welcome to this forum!

It is a pleasure for us to have somebody from this part of East Africa; and also especially for me because I am working in an Organization (Medicines Sans Frontieres/ Doctors Without Borders) from Barcelona and daily I am being in contact with people from Karthoum.

Welcome!!!

Héctor

Thanks Héctor, for the welcome

And I can't tell how I love Khartoum especially in this season (Winter) where there is a good weather and sunny days and a lot of activities that attract specifically Tourists (it is unlike Spanish coasts for sure as there is no crowded beaches or hoards of tourists roaming the streets LOL) . But it is nice and warm and a lot of activities to keep you busy-exploring- this marvelous city and country.

Greetings from Khartoum

Welcome to the Forum! Our weather here, in the Copper Country of Michigan, is much colder than in Africa. We have snow on the ground until mid-April.

Thanks Susan,

April here is the beginning of Summer season, very hot especially in the far North parts (states) . Till late March the weather remains very good. No rainfalls or fog. Only sunny blue skies with few clouds sometimes.

Greetings from Khartoum (the Capital).
