Finally I succeeded in logging in here. The system seems to be overloaded, may be because of the bad weather in Germany?
I want to say thank you to Domenico, for your effort. I'm very proud. It's an honour to me.
Your list contents a lot of perfect photos, that dare me to paint the presented mineral. Today I painted a Brookit, that I will photograph and show tomorrow.

A friend of my family is from Italy and he translated the italian comments for me. It's a new step for me, that my painting is shown there, and I'm very glad, to read, what they said. Thank you to all, who like my artwork.

I know nothing about art, but I really like your paintings. I am particularly fond of impressionist watercolors and really like the feel of your painting at cerussit2 the the beginning of this thread.

I was showing your work to an artist friend, and see wanted to know what types of paints you use.

Hallo, I use impressionistic kinds to paint, that means, I take often more than one colour only on my brush, leave sometimes small white pieces background without colour, try to look only short to the object, that I want to paint, for to take just the glimpse.
This kind of work I use mostly for the foreground or background, not for the mineral itself. I also paint landscapes, which are done completely in the impressionistic style.
