I wonder about bicolor crystals such as those found in the Alps (like the one https://www.mindat.org/photo-73511.html). Did anyone know if there has been any studies on this phenomenon of ghost in the brookite? This seems quite common, and I've heard about inclusions niobium (chemical affinity between Ti and Nb) or about inclusions of Fe ions in the crystal structure. But no written studies ... Sincerely
