Vivianite, siderite, pyrite

Vivianite tabular crystal with an irregular shape, transparent with some opacities and showing a deep green color, perched on a matrix made of siderite and pyrite. Undamaged (for now). The crystal size is 82 mm x 38 mm x 11 mm, and the matrix 90 mm x 56 mm. Weight: 208 g. From a new find in year 2013.

Huanuni mine, Huanuni, Dalence Province, Oruro Department, Bolivia.

Group of azurite crystals with malachite on an unidentified matrix. Overall size: 65 mm x 61 mm x 45 mm. Main crystal width: 24 mm. Weight: 148 g. Undamaged. From a new find in year 2013.

Vanadinite, Baryte

A combination piece consisting of a white bladed Baryte matrix, this measuring 70 mm x 40 mm x 34 mm in size. Scattered throughout are deep red lustrous hexagonal tabular crystals of vanadinite to 13 mm in size. Weight: 99 g. Ex. Lloyd Tate collection.

Mibladen Mining District, Midelt, Khénifra Province, Meknès-Tafilalet Region, Morocco.

Aegirine, zircon, orthoclase, parisite-(Ce)

Big aegirine crystal, an octogonal prism complete all around with pyramidal termination, accompanied with zircon and orthoclase, and a naturally etched parisite crystal showing typical corroded faces. Overall size: 82 mm x 66 mm. Main crystal: 82 mm tall, 32 mm wide. Weight: 243 g.
