Germany is actually not known for large stibnite crystals, here's a rather good one from North Rhine-Westphalia:

Probably the best German stibnites from there... Regarding your mindat list post: the mindat list is - by far - not complete. There are roundabout 1900 different mineral species known from German localities. However, you´re right. There are new species found every year...

Me;-) Maybe about 50 species are doubtful in this list. Many of those 1900 species have never been published, of course.

Another galena from N.R.W., found yesterday in the Marburg Museum:

(This locality is about 30 km away from my hometown and it is nearby the Gonderbach mine that gives name to the Gonderbach crystal form of galena.)
