I've been meaning to ask this of Frederic - how do you clean the specimens to avoid dust particles? every time I take a photo there are numerous dust particles - even after rinsing and drying then blowing off.

For allanite i have done several washing :
- scrubbing cream with paintbrush
- waterspray
- Vinegar
- Alcohol
- air jet.....
for this i have done a good job :)

thanks Frederic - I will try some of these - I hesitate using water spray and air jet on minerals like aurichalcite and of course camerolaite - can you suggest a "scrubbing cream"? I have found that a cleaner called "simple green" can do wonders for specimens.
