Niels and Tobi,
I browsed through all of the Greek barite photos on Mindat and there are a couple of Lavrion barite specimens from the Sounion Mine that are remarkably similar to the one I have. I am starting to believe that my specimen is from Greece, not Clara. Again thanks for the input.

And I also like that red/white zoned quartz from Madagascar, very nice.
