Wow! For that piece I would have given at least three "likes", if it would be possible... The aesthetics and color are outstanding! For me it has some similarity with a sailing ship.

As ever, I am so delightfully impressed as you capture the very essence of your subjects mineralogical glory. Rather shooting massive or crystalline treasures, your photos in such a unique and detailed way, truly set the bar as in one shot after the other, your subject is portrayed in a style that no other photographer seems able to realize. Surface topographies, matrix nuances, magical color that at times seems almost other worldly, and a depth of focus that allows even the tiniest features a presence with crystal-clear amazing detail all combine to present a photograph that only you could concieve. Truly Mike, we are all blessed to have your work shared here on Mineral-Forum.com, thank you!
