I purchased this fluorite and did some digging on Mindat and other sources to find the locale. Everything pointed to Hardin but in this forum I saw a fluorite from the Jan Buma collection that looked exactly the same. I will share the pics below.

Looks like an Elmwood fluorite to me. Is there any matrix on the back?

At the moment, I would just say 'USA' as it needs more work to find out where it is from. The remnants of matrix on the rear might help narrow it down.

Considering the photo of the backside I agree, it looks like a piece from Cave-In-Rock in Illinois.
