There are no gemstones in that photo. only maybe two minerals, one which seems to have formed some crystals NOT gemstones.

The larger which mineral might be quartz or calcite possibly chalk but photo too bad to say better its in a gross massive form not a crystal or gem. The darker intrusion might be garnet nothing gemmy or valuable.

Where did this come out of the ground? ie mined?

You have a habit of posting blurry pictures of things without any other information and asking us what you have. This is not fair to us. At least: 1) make sure your pictures are not blurry; and 2) give us other information such as where it was pulled out of the ground and that obtained from some simple tests like found here:
https://www.mineral-forum.com/message-board/viewtopic.php?t=1936

That said, since your questions seem to always revolve around gemstones, you will be better served by showing your specimens to a local jeweler than anything you can get from here.

It is best to take photos of the specimen on top of white plain paper, that way the camera focuses on the specimen, not the background

Actually, the items aren’t mine; they belong to a friend who is interested in gemstones but unfortunately can’t use the internet and he is not English speaker. He contacts me via WhatsApp and sends me pictures to get insights from people knowledgeable about these materials. That’s why my questions might seem blurry. Once I receive any information from you about the pictures, I relay your opinions back to him. I hope that clarifies things, and I truly appreciate your help!

I don't have any feedback in this filed but I'm trying to help that friend
