Some key points:
Non magnetic
Great conductor
Hear distributes doesn’t leave any dark areas
Heavy
Scratches glass

Perhaps an earth metallic ore

One test to be certain if extra terrestrial in nature is as follows. but you would have to slab a section. You would then be certain if present

Widmanstätten patterns are distinctive, interlocking patterns of crystals that can be observed on the polished surfaces of iron meteorites

If it's non-magnetic, it is not an iron meteorite.

Consider the possibility that it is a partially-refined metal - a smelting product - rather than a natural rock or mineral.

A local middle school ran test on this for four weeks. They concluded with their “best guess”
Annite I believe it was. What should I cut it with? What test should I do to debunk man made? Could it be a silicone?
