You have really some nice mineral classics. And "low budget" does not mean that minerals can't be interesting! But I would encourage you to try to improve your picture quality. I know what I'm talking about: When you compare my first photos from 2009 and the recent ones to my collection thread ( https://www.mineral-forum.com/message-board/viewtopic.php?t=551 ) you will see that I tried a lot to present my specimens in a picture quality that they deserve. But it takes time to improve that, shooting mineral photos is not easy. So I hope you'll try to increase the quality level of your pictures - I would like to see your specimens in a better light!
Cheers!

Hi Tobi, yeah thanks, these were pics I had on my PC. I haven't gone down the route of photographing them all properly yet. I only have an old bridge camera at the moment, though as you say these pics are worse by the lighting issues too.

Hi Jason,
I noticed that you created 3 new posts for each of the minerals you added during today's session. Please take advantage of the fact that you can add up to 15 photos to a single post.
After you create your message and add the first photo, use the “Preview” button. This will show you how your message and photo will look, enable you to check spelling, etc. You can then hit the browse button again and add another photo to the same message. To add additional photos, simply hit the preview button again. When you are happy with your message and photos, hit the "Submit" button to send your message with multiple photos.

Thanks Michael. I did it for the green Fluorite above, but got lost adding different details and pics.
