Hello All,
What a great site! My name is Dave van Bladel. I an from Holland. I collect for about 40 years. I have no scientific background in this area, a real amateur. I would like to post pieces of my collection. Some found in the field, some bought from older collections in the '80 s and '90 s.
A part of the collection is well registrated, but there is also a part I have to work on.
Looking forward to get to know you and hopefully getting some help now and than.
The first upload will be Vanadinite, Mottramite, Baryte, Calcite

Please, can you give us the dimensions of the vanadinite from Touissit? We always write them, the same you have done with the rest of the specimens. I can add them to the picture. Thank you.

Hi Dave, your specimen is Orpiment and I'm sure is not from Sacarîmb (Nagyág) but from Peru. Are you sure that is from the locality you say?

I am not sure Jordi. Romenia was told when I bought it. But expert as you are I will change it.
Is it better when I post my specimens in a question forum?
