Hi Tobi,

Thanks for the virtual trip. I made a mental note about the sphalerite from Marburg's area (img_5298_512.jpg) in case I see one like this in a show besides a galena/siderite from Neudorf :-).

For me, they can't compete with Neudorf galena (there are actually a few minerals that can), but if you like those sphalerites, there's good news for you: They are not as expensive as the galena classics from Neudorf. But also bad news: They're as hard to obtain as the famous Harz classics because only a few came out of that quarry. Good luck ;) But don't worry - I neither have one in my collection ...
