Writing a bit after the flurry of earlier responses to this, but I would like to respond that I would like to once again attend your party, along with Jane Dianich who will once again be with me in Tucson. The joint party will be very nice, and we have really enjoyed this in past years! Our good friend Renate Schumacher, from Bonn, will be with us again this year and I'm sure will attend, but she should have also received an invitation to the party via SMMP. Very much looking forward to it, and thank you again, Jordi and Gail,

It is indeed a wonderful blend and rarefied company to keep, yet so friendly and welcoming - not to mention fun! My memories of last year's get-togethers are some of my fondest of Tucson. Along with the other curators, I am excited to also reconnect in person with members who are authors and editors in the mineral world. As I go from the background to the foreground in that realm (see https://www.nordskip.com/journal.html ), I couldn't feel any luckier than I do already as part of the FMF & SMMP community. I assume I'll be allowed to drag that infamous photographer, Jeff Scovil, along with me to this party? He's largely responsible for getting me involved with y'all and is again my host at Tucson this year.

Don't forget my husband, Jim, as he is definitely a big part of this too! Getting some RSVPs on this end, looks like we have a nice crowd of invited guests Please do let others know, should they ask, that it is by invitation. We just can't bring everyone in, although we have the whole restaurant for the night.

Hi Jordi and Gail, I have enjoyed the Forum very much and would like to come to the Tucson party and bring my son Jay if there is still room for us. After lurking on this site for over 7 years, I have finally signed up. I am a member of HAMS in Houston and HGMS. I am in the Texas Collector's book. I am interested in Mexican and Southwest Minerals.
I will be in Tucson and was wondering if I could come to the FMF party. I can not "PM" for 10 days becaseu I just joined.
