Hi to everybody!
Another opinion: chlorite group or fuchsite! These inclusions are very common in alpine (especially Italian, Swiss and Austrian) crystals!

Yes, chlorite is the most common inclusion in green phantom quartz, but the color of it is usually dark green, light green is rare.
