Hi everyone in this great forum
My name is Carlos M., I'm from Torreón, Coahuila, Mexico.
I've been collecting minerals since I have 12, now I'm 27 and this is what I got in 15 years collecting minerals... I'm specialized in small-cab sized minerals.
I have pieces from all around the world, but my favorites are the mexican minerals and specially the ones from the famous Ojuela mine. My collection and my photos may not be the best ones, but anyway I'd lke to share this with you.

Pale and very common. If you travel to Zacatecas city, you'll see these on everywhere being selling as souvenirs... anyway is rare to get nice specimens |

Nice specimens from interesting Mexican localities, Carlos. Thanks for sharing with those who have not the chance to see them in person, like Peter Megaw!!

Thanks, Carlos, for providing the measures. I have just added them to your nice specimens from Mexico. I do love garnets too. Especially the Andradite garnets from Sabinas. They look like green almost topazolite, don't they?

Garnets are one of favorite gruop of minerals, I like the shape and simetry of the xls.
You're right Antonio, those Andradites from Sabinas look like Topazolite, but their color are more between beige and greenish-yellow... another characteristic they have are the concentric layers they are made of.

You forgot the size units this time. I guess they must be millimeters, or are they centimeters, meters, inches, feet...?
