Today we already implemented a main new feature in FMF.

As said in Eighth anniversary of FMF it is a database of locations in which you do not have to type the locality (except if the locality doesn't exist yet in our database) but you choose it from a drop down menu.

It is a complex task to add this option to a Forum like FMF, so during few days it will work as in "beta" format. As soon as everything works properly we will let you know and we will publish a message with the roadmap and the use guide of this new improvement.

Thanks Jordi for making available such a good option. I just came to ask if the country list is to expand as Iran didn't include.

Yes. Iran, as well as all other countries with mineral localities will be in the system.
