I hope this topic does not annoy Jordi or others too much:-) As we have an abundance of clear quartz, I have been thinking about taking some very clear, broken pieces and send them to be irriadiated. I would also like to play around with some of the guidelines mentioned in the article below. The idea is to have nice pieces of faceting rough and have them cut. Yes, yes, I will declare it when and if I sell it. Has anyone attempted to try this out? I will appreciate any input.

Sorry Pierre, but I locked the topic.

Irradiated Quartz is something against the spirit of this Forum and although I know you publish this "bona fide", due the visibility of this Forum to searches of the original title and text, it could catch bad people and give them ideas.

Again, sorry to lock the topic but this is a topic that it could easily fall down to the dark side.
