Any chance you could bring a suite from those Polish granites to TGMS?

Peter, I am sorry but I never had time to come to Tucson. I am usually in the fields in January/February. We had exhibition of fluorites from that area in Munich last year.
I hope that I will come to Tucson some day, maybe if somebody will want that we will come with pegmatite minerals or other exhibition.

Just to add some fuel to that fire, here is a photo of Tom's exhibit at Munich.

Tom, all respect to you. Beautiful display and specimens, awesome. Self collected? The pegmatite pocket is nicely done. I could Mindat the location, but some words from from a local would be interesting. Thanks.

Please find some more informations here: https://www.mindat.org/article.php/561/Pegmatite+minerals+from+the+Strzegom-Sob%C3%B3tka+granitic+massif,+Silesia,+SW+Poland

From this specimens only a few (including "postcard specimen" :-)) were self collected. They are extremely rare, collected during over 20 years.
Some minor articles were published in recent years, but I hope soon will be finished big monograph to MR.

Sure Peter -- this is the miniature version of the lovely combo piece in the display. It was our Christmas card for the mineral community this year.
