Not too many species in this state, so although we haven't its precise locality we continue loading images for this State with this great (as usual) photo of Jeff Scovil of a "Thunder Egg" a kind of Quartz with banded Agate or Opal.

If you're adding thundereggs to this thread, here's one of mine (sorry there's a bit of lint on it) - also a petrified wood slab, because many great specimens come from Oregon. :-)
