Frédéric, your Gallery now looks organized, still some specimen haven't name because you have another thread -> "Collection of Frédéric Hède" -> https://www.mineral-forum.com/message-board/viewtopic.php?t=1401 where some specimens has not name in the right boxes, I will work on it during this week and then all your Gallery will looks fine.
Please in the future remember fill in properly the correspondent boxes. Thank you!

Well, I must apologize for that. YES -shouting- I am completely delighted with your pictures. You get "SEM images" with your system, but of course realistic and colored ones!!!! On the Spanish Forum we had recently the chance to see a SEM image of a jarosite ( https://www.foro-minerales.com/forum/files/jarosita3_195.jpg in https://www.foro-minerales.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=67465#67465 ) Are you sure you have not a microscope inside your camera?

Matteo come here ( www.mineral-forum.com/message-board/viewtopic.php?t=2100 ) I like these photo too :). For information less photo in the future on Mindat for me. All my photo here (in 750 pix width) or on french forum (in 1150 width) or on my website (when i 'll finished this serie => some days).
Snow is coming here and i will skiing in next days... (i live in the Alps.... and near skiing station for all form of ski). I continue photo and John I can make YOUR photo too.
No doubts for that.

Beautiful pictures, as we are used to expect from you. I noticed that you have a wide selection of objectives, and I guess that you use them adapted (at least the Componon and the Raynox) to your Panasonic zoom at 600 mm, is that right?.

Yes it's right. But componon are good but Nikon are superior in most case. Close up raynox are good.
I use a lens tube 200 mm for infinity objective and for componon. I can use infinity objective as nikon or mitutoyo. For the moment i havent' mitutoyo.... But i think take better than these objective in some month. In this case photo could be better in small size.
My method is atypic but simple with bridge like panasonic FZ.
bridge + close up in all case.... After you join an infinity objective/componon with a lens tube (200 mm). This lens must be good. Achromatic or APO => 100 euro - 250 euro.
Juste close-up with panasonic until 4 mm FOV if you have raynox DCR 250 + MSN 202
For more small 4X objective or componon 40 mm.
And after 10X objective....
20X objective is possible for submillimetric object fov is for me 0.3 mm - 0.6 mm....
But very expensive in fact. Mitutoyo is the minimal quality.... I see for better but price are 2000 - 2500 euro.... Expensive for an hobby.. But numerical aperture is 0.55 .... and for the moment my best objective is limited with 0.25 (nikon cfi plan). Better resolution give better definition !
