I have long had a beautiful cut stone of this material labelled Mn-rich elbaite. The color is exactly the same - greenish yellow.

Hi to everybody!
I have got too a rough and a cut crystal of yellow dravite. It was called by the commercial nickname "canary tourmaline"! The colour is a nice yellow one, not greenish! This colour described here should be very interesting!
Again about the "canary tourmaline": let's call it "tweety tourmaline" and make a theatre spectacle with a schorlite, which is black like Sylvester Cat!!! Hahahahaha!!!!
Of course I was joking, but I truly have those yellow crystals! They are small because they were expensive, more than 200 € per carat!
Greetings from Italy by Riccardo

In 1997 I acquired this specimen of dravite in mica schist. The crystals are fairly gemmy and transparent, and of a similar color. Checking on Mindat, I find listings for both "Gujarkot" and "Jajarkot" as locations for dravite with photos of very similar looking specimens. I wonder if this is one location with variant spellings?
