The 50th jubilee of Munich Show is coming. Is a golden edition and its theme is Gold, so we will try to built a golden thread!
To start the thread here you have some images, kindly supplied by Jens Roedel from the marketing area of the Mineralientage.
Enjoy them as well as this thread, hopefully many contributors helps to create a panoramic vision of the largest European Show. Pure Gold! ;-)

As past year the Show has printed a major book, but this time is a special edition, a hardcover book with the best images of Gold carefully printed and texts in English and German language. Total number of copies will be 5.000 plus what the Editor will print on his own risk.

This year I arrive one day later (on thursday). I travel waiting for gold (a wide offer, I presume) and specially for the "Gold" exhibition (a lot of expectations on it).
Novelties, classics, oddities, modest species under an unexpected aspect? Time over time... Will see.
