Maybe its just the lighting but the luster on the Badagahan tourmaline looks exceptional. Do you remember the approximate dimensions of this piece?

Hello Matt,
In fact, the light has a light red component. The albite must be white. I have not been able to identify the pink secondary crystals. A mica?
Dimensions: at least 10 cm high.

Hi Roger,

The aquamarine, being from Pakistan, is most probably from somewhere in the Shigar Valley, north of Skardu. The Erongo specimen is aquamarine with schorl (or maybe foitite) but not aegirine. And about the last one, I think it is not morganite but apatite instead, from Chumar Bakhoor, Hunza Valley, north east of Gilgit in Pakistan.

Hello Jordi,
This pic of an aquamarine crystal seen in 1991 supports the Jordi’s opinion. The habit is the same, even if the other crystal is more partially acicular.
Guaratinga is near Jaqueto (Bahia).
The quartz group is only a support, better than a plastic one.
