Unfortunately I'm not in Freiberg myself to enjoy again the awesome crystalline treasures of the Terra Mineralia exhibition, one of the largest, best and most valuable mineral collections in the world. But my friend, rock enthusiast and passionate photographer Nadine Häntzschel is - and she allowed me to share her photos here :-) If the labels are not on the photos, I will try to add information what specimen it is. And concerning the sizes: Most of the specimens in the Terra Mineralia are large, 20 cm is a common size here ;-)
I hope you'll enjoy the impressions, there are only a few photos yet available, more will follow during the next days and weeks, so this is just a little teaser ...
