PostPosted: Jun 20, 2020 15:32    Post subject: How to collect in a Tuscan... "Pizzeria".

Hello.

Among the various ways of collecting minerals, this is truly curious.

Three hours ago I went to a pizzeria near Gavorrano to buy some pizzas for dinner.
On the cashier table there was, as decoration, a large plate full of minerals of little value: pyrites, quartzes, calcites...
With permission from the owner, whom I know, I poked around the pieces until I found this quite good dawsonite for its locality.
Although I have some better ones, I asked for it and he gave it to me.
It can be used as a gift to a friend.

Best regards.
Sante
