Not an Xmas card but a New Year thought
For a talk I hope to do in February I thought it would be useful to look back to when we as a hobby began to move on-line. I had a look at how many times an email or web address was mentioned in a Mineralogical Record advert. You can see it starts with ONE email address in January 1995, and then Fabre Minerals stared in 1996, along with a few other folks.
I suspect nowadays it would be "how many adverts do NOT have a web address"
27 years ago this change started
I hope we can look forward to a good 2022

Pete, I just purchased one of these "winged" apatites, and I am very curious to hear what you come up with, with regard to their habit. I had never seen anything like them.
