Hello,
I found this amethyst at a flea market without a label.
Is there anyone who could help me find out where it comes from?

Please do a photo of the rear of the specimen - best done on plain white paper so the camera focuses on the specimen not on what it is sat on

clearly from a vein deposit. ...very likely Guanajuato, Mexico

Thank you for your information.
I checked the deposit on the Mindat website and the amethyst looks very similar to some of the photos.
