PostPosted: Apr 18, 2025 13:32    Post subject: Bringing a collection to the UK

Hi, new here.

I am living permanently in the UK.
My dad and grandmother gave their collections to me, and I even collected some samples with them over the years.

To bring it to the UK is there any restrictions and regulations to follow.

Thanks for any advice

Dear Izak,
I assume that companies like Crystal Classics have a lot of experience with bringing (old) collections into the UK.
You can easily find their homepage doing a Google search with their name.
I suggest you give them a call or email them.
Cheers, Herwig

I did not have a problem when the family collection was moved to the UK, but that was 30 years ago.
