Lots of dinners, parties and late nights...will continue tomorrow. Am busy working on last minute details for the artist evening event in the reception area tomorrow.

...Before I go I wanted to talk about how hot it was in Tucson today, and speaking of HOT.....Here we have Tucson's very own Gentlemen's Quarterly candidate, Christophe Gobin! The "Who's HOT in Tucson, 2010" man about town. With his suave looks, cool sunglasses and manly demeanor, well....let's just say he truly is HOT, HOT, HOT!

Hi Gail
I think we all the FMF readers should be very grateful for your effort and time devoted to keep us informed about what's happening in Tucson. Posting so many pictures and comments is not done in a couple of minutes. Everyone who for some reason has not been able to attend the show will feel as if he/she is visiting it right now without even leaving home.
Please, keep going.

I fully agree with Carles. Gail, your report starts as good as i expected it to be. You make it possible to "visit" TGMS without being there ;-) Thank you very much, i'm excited to see more of your impressions from Tucson!

I am really working hard on getting the artist evening organized for tonight, fielding calls from dealers and people we have never met, holding off the maid service and trying to print from a new printer that doesn't want to live up to its claim of being "wireless". ha ha!
No mineral shopping for me today, but love the great artists that will be with me, and all the guests, tonight. mineral painting is very important to me, I think it is beautiful.
So, later tonight, will post more photos. Cheers

Awesome art event this evening, will post those photos when I catch up to Sunday. One more day of Westward Look tomorrow, Monday...and then lots of fun with Jordi and a few others tomorrow night. Started out rainy this morning, odd for the desert, but ended up nice and sunny.
