Two compenetrated rhombododecahedral {110} almandine crystals, complete all around. Very little damage. Overall size: 74 mm x 71 mm. Weight: 523 g. Purchased in 1974.

Sierra Albarrana, Hornachuelos, Córdoba, Andalusia, Spain.

Baryte, fluorite

Group of undamaged colorless mostly transparent tabular Baryte crystals sitting on yellow brown cubic {100} fluorite. Overall size: 105 mm x 80 mm. Major Baryte crystal size: 25 mm across. Weight: 601 g. Purchased in 1987 from Joan Montal's son.

Pyrrhotite, galena, sphalerite, quartz

Group of several pyrrhotite crystals showing faces {1000}{1010} mixed with sphalerite and quartz crystals, and flat galena. Size: 68 mm x 48 mm overall. Main pyrrhotite crystal size: 15 mm across. Weight: 150 g.

It's a hard to photograph specimen. Better in person.

Group of blackish tabular crystals. Overall size: 60 mm tall x 45 mm wide. Longest edge: 18 mm.

Apatite, calcite, pyrite, chalcopyrite

Single translucent dark green apatite crystal {100}, {001}, {101}, {110} with calcite and some pyrite and chalcopyrite small crystals. Overall size: 54 mm x 34 mm. Crystal size: 45 mm wide, 18 mm thick, 29 mm on edge. Weight: 80 g. Purchased in 1974 from Joan Montal for €3.13. Special thanks to José Zendrera (aka Josele) for his advice on the Miller indices.

Cerussite

Group of colorless transparent 60º V-twinned undamaged hard-to-photograph cerussite crystals. A toenail size specimen. Overall size: 43 mm x 36 mm. Main crystal: 32 mm long, 6 mm thick. Purchased in 1974 from Jaume Serrate.

Calcite

Floater group of brown translucent to transparent calcite crystals with some breccia matrix attached. A classic of this Indiana locality. Note the uncommon rhombododecahedral habit, I believe {110} faces. It seems a garnet but I can swear it is not. Overall size: 70 mm x 40 mm x 35 mm. Major crystal size: 35 mm across. Ex Rick Russell collection.
